Thanks for stopping by. Avert isn’t just a clothing brand — it’s a mindset. Born from the belief that growth comes through our flaws, we design apparel that walks with you through your journey of staying faithful, consistent, and becoming your best self. When you shop with us, you're not just buying clothes — you're wearing progress.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By visiting or purchasing from avertclo.com, you agree to the following.

3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you're agreeing to buy something real — not just in fabric, but in meaning. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available options. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation email. All prices are in your local currency unless otherwise noted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary, but we'll always keep you updated. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the hands of the carrier — but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong. Errors happen, but we believe in fixing them.
Avert Pre-Order & Chargeback Policy
When an item is available for pre-order. All pre-orders are made to order and require a production window of up to 30 days (4 weeks) before shipping.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once ready.
Because each piece is created specifically for you, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the stated production time and understand that additional shipping time may apply.
Submitting a chargeback for an order that follows this policy is considered misuse of the chargeback process. Avert will provide full proof of your agreement to this policy to the payment provider.
We guarantee you will receive your order, no matter what.
Please note that high demand and occasional shipping delays can occur, but if any issues arise, we will always work through them and make sure your package reaches you.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Not feeling it? No problem. You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. To start a return, hit us up at AvertCo@mail.com.
