Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During high-volume periods (like drops, sales, or restocks), processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Standard International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven’t received tracking within 4 days, reach out at support@avertclo.com.
You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by your country. We wish we could cover those too — but unfortunately, it’s out of our hands.
Mistakes happen — that’s part of the journey. If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us ASAP. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may need to pay a reshipping fee.
